At Franceschini Realty, we keep maintenance costs low by using our in-house maintenance technicians. They handle most repairs at a rate of $50-85/hour, which is significantly lower than the $75-125/hour most contractors charge.
For specialized services, we don’t mark up maintenance costs, ensuring that you only pay for the actual cost of the work. This allows us to offer high-quality service at a cost-effective rate, without additional markup.
